Mail is attached by a word processor file or copy and Paste it in email
Word processor is the preferred method

1. Pay close attention to all details on this page that are underlined or in bold text or otherwise emphasized

3. Print this form out for reference you may also want to bookmark this page.
4. Type all information you want on your page
5. If you use Word, Corel, or Works, a file can be attached in that format read No. 8.
6. Attaching Files Netscape files are attached by clicking on attachment or the paper clip, open, attach file, then as is, then OK. Internet explorer or Eudora under the message command use attach file. Both browsers you will have to work your way though your hard drive directories to find your file. If you are unsure where it is located use the find command under the windows start menu.
7. Copying and Pasting in Email in the edit command use the copy command after bluing up or selecting all with the edit command of the text you want then copy and open up a email window to send and click your mouse in the body and under the edit command select paste.
8. Files sent in Word processor format are generally better and can be sent with all the Font sizes and bold or Italic commands edited in without them being put in special, as we request. This will result in us providing you with faster service.
9. Make sure all the typing you want is included
10. We suggest you type all your work, then add choices where you want them
11. We spell check everything so don't worry about spelling
12. Your pages are prepared immediately upon email being received and when payment is received they are immediately sent to you

These are basic colors any color is available if you say orange or dark red or some thing basic colors are free
If you require custom colors or know there associated reference numbers a charge of $1.00 per custom color should be added.
Alternate method
Submitting text without placing quote commands before words Etc.. use word processor files as per No. 4 & 5 or send pasted email without commands date your letter at the top,
Make sure you also write editing request being sent by snail mail on the top This is very Important so we know the file will be edited. print it out before you email it The copy is sent by snail mail, take the copy and circle text you want modified and make little suggestions as to color Etc. that you want, this can be done by printing in readable handwriting form and may speed up the processor YOUR FILE IS PREPARED WHEN WE RECEIVE EMAIL it is updated when we receive the snail mail if it says editing request being sent by snail mail on the top use the snail mail form by in case you need just our address it is
